⬅️ Of all the bikes I reviewed this summer this one was probably the one which generated the most anticipation. Having owned a Meteor 350 I knew a little of what to expect but it also helped me compare and contrast the two bikes. Far from being just a styling update the Classic 350 has a narrower section rear tyre, shorter gearing, set back footpegs and weighs a touch more so the feeling on the ride is noticeably different. Which you prefer... well that is up to you to decide 😁
This little British built electric machine is a hot seller and often leading sales in the 1-4 kw class of electric 2 wheelers. It's capable of 80 miles at a maximum speed of 45 mph meaning it's perfect for that urban commute. Ingenious use of materials and dual 19inch wheels give a very classic Brit bike feeling. At the time of writing £5,999 gets you this bike... watch the full review to find out more. ➡️
⬅️ The big Honda looks fantastic, the engine is powerful enough for the class and DCT is fantastic for long rides or urban environments. Where this bike fails down is slow speed manovering and off bike control due to it's mass and lack of clutch pedal... watch the full review to find out more.
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is an outstanding little bike, it's a machine that completely captures your heart. Yes, it's only got 20.2 bhp that it doesn't utilize particularly well but it's sheer charm and the feel good factor you have when riding it outweighs any possible downside. Yes I regret selling my Supernova... watch the last ride here...➡️
⬅️ Chinese bikes cheap and poorly made? Nope not anymore, this A2 legal Trident look alike from premium brand Voge comes out swinging. We've got lovely design elements, a bright TFT, KYB suspension, nissen brakes Bosch fuelling and a punchy parallel Twin from the same Chinese company that makes the BMW F750GS and F850GS lumps. Not to be missed...
I want to love the Mutt, it's a British assembled small capacity ruffneck, light on weight and heavy on style. Unfortunately, the reliability has been an issue with the bike cutting out and the speedo needle falling off. Dealer support hasn't been great either. How do I know this? well my Dad has one. If you want a stylish cool bike for £4k then the new RE Scram 411 might be the bike for you. Watch my full breakdown here ➡️
